I have 800 cc high profile cohesive gel implants now. They’re great. Mine have always been under the muscle and they’ve never felt foreign. It just feels like my breast. There’s no sensory nerves in the middle of the muscle where they’re placed, so it’s not like you can “feel” them in there.
